His wife, Deepti Shreyas Talpade, previously provided an update on his health, assuring that he would be discharged from the hospital soon. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Bobby Deol disclosed that he conversed with Deepti, who revealed the critical nature of the situation, stating that Shreyas' heart had stopped beating for 10 minutes. Actor Bobby Deol, a longtime friend of Shreyas, shared during an interview with the portal, "I recently spoke with his wife, and she was deeply upset. Apparently, his heart had stopped for nearly 10 minutes. They managed to revive him and performed an angioplasty. Let's all pray that he recovers soon." In a report by The Times of India, it's mentioned that Shreyas, who collapsed due to a heart attack and promptly underwent an emergency angioplasty, is progressing positively, and doctors anticipate his discharge in a day or two. Deepti Shreyas Talpade shared an Instagram statement on Friday, updating everyone on her husband, actor Shreyas Talpade's health. She conveyed that he is presently stable and expected to be discharged in a few days. A source revealed to Hindustan Times that Shreyas Talpade had a busy day shooting for the Akshay Kumar-led movie Welcome to the Jungle. He appeared to be in good spirits, shooting sequences that involved action and sharing light moments with the crew. However, upon returning home, he expressed feeling unwell to his wife and was rushed to the hospital. Sadly, he collapsed on the way.
